THE intense rivalry between Tarrawingee and Milawa may not be quite as fierce as it was five years ago, but there is certainly no love lost between two of the Ovens and King’s greatest foes.
The Bulldogs and Demons go head-to-head in what promises to be an enthralling battle out at Moyhu on Sunday, and Tarrawingee coach Trevor Edwards is expecting edge-of-the-seat action in the cutthroat final.
“It adds another chapter to the rivalry, so that’s exciting,” Edwards said.
“And it’s great for the finals series.
“It’s another genuine 50/50 contest, which is what people want to see.
“I think we will all be watching with a lot of interest when Bonnie Doon and Glenrowan play on Saturday.
