Ryan Garthwaite took all before his this season as he settled into the defensive unit where his intercept making and abiilty to set up play were a feature of his game. Backline coach Ross Hill was full of praise “I don’t think he lowered his colours all year, we went into every game confident that Ryan’s opponent would have little influence”
Laurie Hammond, Peter McIntyre and Justin McMahon all received 5 year service awards whilst Brenton Whale was named Staff Person of the Year.
Coach Darren Ogier was acknowledged for his contribution to the region with a framed Murray Bushrangers jumper with the names of the 195 players he has coaches since 2010.
