With the Wildcard Round complete, the Jets can move on to the Elimination finals where they take on their old rivals, the Northern Knights. Their first encounter was in Round 1 where the Jets managed to outwork the Knights. Their second encounter was in Round 17 where the Knights dished out a beating on the Jets.
This Saturday, it's the final fight between these two heavyweights to see who will move on and who will fall out. For the Jets, there is only one change this week as Emerson Jeka replaces Harley Blake.

J. D’Intinosante vs L. Rzanovski
Whoever takes on D’Intinosante is going to have their hands full. Last time D’Intinosante kicked four goals and proved to be the difference up forward for the Knights. With Cody Raak sick with the flu, Rzanovski looks the likely option to quell the influence of the Knights spearhead.
A. Carafa vs J. Honey
Honey was one of the standouts in Wildcard Round as his clearance work in the fourth term helped burry the Rebels. Carafa has faced the Jets twice and twice he was the leading possession getter. Carafa could be the most dangerous player the Knights have but Honey won't go down without a fight.
E. Macpherson vs E. Ford
Macpherson was dominate in Round 17 after 22 disposals and 5 rebounds, helped starve the Jets forwards. Perhaps a tagging role by Ford could be the solution for stoping Macpherson in his tracks. Ford has the speed and height to match Macpherson in this mini duel, and perhaps Ford can kick a few snags as well.
